CUSTOMER SPOTLIGHT — SPRING 2026 Cybersecurity Persona "Ask Jerry"

The following is a letter from cybersecurity expert Jerry Huaute, CISSP, who is working with Neon.ai on creating advanced AI experts.

Today I’m sharing my AI journey collaborating with Neon.ai on a Cybersecurity persona project.

A little background on Neon.ai: they develop business applications for interfacing workers and customers with company information and systems, using chat, audio, video and avatars. These applications use advanced Collaborative Conversational AI™ (CCAI) which enables multiple AI agents to work together with people to handle user interactions.

WE’RE CALLING THIS PROJECT: ASK JERRY

As a CISSP, I have concerns about how we can address new vulnerabilities and attack vectors in AI. As I have researched AI, I can see there are opportunities to use AI to address cybersecurity shortfalls. Different vendors are addressing these shortfalls and bringing to market products and tools to bridge the gap. As a CISSP who has delivered Safe and Secure presentations, a Cybersecurity Persona as a cybersecurity Q&A resource seemed like a starting point on my AI journey in a real world look at AI.

My work with Neon.ai has been enlightening as it has given me a personal look into how a persona is created and the importance of training the model. Cybersecurity documents from OWASP, NIST, and a variety of AI whitepapers and documents were used as a basis for this persona. I enjoyed prompting the persona and going through the training session.

I look forward to finalizing this project and giving a more detailed accounting of my lessons learned in this process. I have some specific topics I will address in separate posts as part of my discovery process into AI.
